Excellent Service, I called On a Saturday Morning with an emergency situation, my friend with a young baby had managed to snap her key in the door lock and lock herself and 3 young children in her house.

Managed to get the front door key completely stuck in the lock with the cylinder pointing the wrong way preventing it coming out (don’t ask me how).
